  3. Layout: Instead of overwhelming the visitors with an abundance of information on the homepage, we devised a structure catering to different experience levels. Additionally, we emphasized the key actions we desired from potential candidates: a seamless job search to their expertise domain and enabling them to sign up for regular updates.
  4. Content: We added informative content areas that speak to who the company is as an employer, who their talent is, what their culture is like, new images and videos – giving candidates an enticing reason to apply.
  5. Job Optimization: Leveraging the rich content from their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), we displayed each job opening on dedicated search result pages on the career website. This not only improved the user experience but also boosted the content's visibility for search engines like Google.
